As you may have guessed from the title of this post, we bought a new house!! We looked at it last week, put our offer in last night, and get possession December 11th, 2009!!
Our new house is still located in Glenbrook. It's actually just a block away from our current place, and two houses down from Uncle Jeff and Auntie Laura. It is a four level split with three bedrooms and two full baths. It has an office, laundry room, fireplace and walk out third floor. (The fourth level is completely undeveloped). At the moment the entire house is in very rough shape. It desperately needs new paint and flooring (as you can tell from the pictures below).
There's a saying that goes "Home is the place where it feels right to walk around without shoes"... well, its not home yet. But hopefully with a little hard work this will be the place where Logan and Katie grow up.

congrats again! it is such an exciting step.
So exciting for you guys! I hope these next few months are not stressful as you get ready to move in! :) Can't wait to see the place finished and belonging to you!!
